Additional Comments:
Nelson Bellant, son of Joseph & Cordilia Obeshaw Bellant, was born 1859 in 
Moran, Mackinac County, Michigan and died 1927 in Saint Ignace.  He married 
Phoebe J. Grodin Apr 1903 in Saint Ignace and they had four children.  She is 
the daughter of Peter D. Grondin and Louise Trottier.  Phoebe was born Aug 
1877 in Saint Ignace and died in 1944.  They are both buried at Gros Cap 
Cemetery, Block B, Lot 2.
