In the center of the cross are two doors that open and covered with glass is this verse: "Kind friend beware as you pass by/ So you are now, so once was I/ So am I now, so you must be/ Prepare therefore to follow me/ Farewell." Additional Comments: Louis Boursea Boursaw was born 1813 to Louis Boursaw and Mary Bois in Michiga. He married Angelique O Majkasa Camachkoss (Indian Woman) 23 Nov 1842 in Mackinac County. They had four children. Louis died 14 Sep 1890 in Moran Township and is buried in Block 9, Lot 4. See Below Note: Moran Township Sesquicentennial Edition, April 1, 1844 - April 1, 1994 states Louis, born 1813 is buried in this plot. However, they also say this marker is for John. Mrs. Emerson (Margaret) Smith, April 1961 indicates this is Louis Boursa marker which I agree as his name is on the cross but no dates indicated here. I am going to assume this is the father Louis born 1813 but it could also be Louis, husband of Josephine Paquin.
