Mustered on February 5, 1864. Died in hospital on March 22, 1864. The hospital and its location are not known. A pension request was filed by his widow in 1864 and minor filed in 1865. Neither pension request had a state mentioned as to where the request was filed. His enlistment rank was 'Private'. There are discrepancies in both his death date and the age of this veteran.)
