Later he managed a store on Pearl street. His first wife was Miss Jennie Church, a sister of the late Mrs. Arthur VanEps. She passed away a number of years ago. A son, Clarence, served in the late war and died of illness contracted while in service. Another son, E.R. familiarly known as "Ted" lives in Detroit. A brother, W.J. Conner, lives in Grosse Pointe. Several years ago the deceased was married to Miss Sophia Burr who survives him. While in Mt.
