daughter of Gottfried Behrend and Maria Christina Blank, born in Wartin,
Brandenburg, Germany and died in Mt. Clemens, Macomb, Michigan.  Ferdinand and
Maria were the parents of Anna, Lena, William, Carl, Fred and Julia.
