Immediate Cause of Death: Pending - Coronary Heart Disease - Amended - March 
21, 1984.

Information submitted by JoAnne Dzon, same person as JoAnne Barthel who has 
submitted this form to the Michigan USGenWeb.
With the 'Pending' and 'Amended' cause of death, an autopsy had been performed, 
ruling out any other possible causes of death [killed by another patient; 
malpractice by those who were treating him; possible direct cause from 
motorcycle accident], because he was unattended at time of death.
Clinton Valley Center is an Oakland county mental hospital, Leo had been 
admitted, for the second time, due to head trauma from a motorcycle accident he 
had in 1975. He had a large bruise which had worked its way to his agressive 
center of the brain.
