Sister Agnes (Eva McCORMICK) daughter of Mr. Frank McCORMICK, of this city,
died last Wednesday at Waukasha (sic), Wis., of consumption, aged 20 years.
The deceased was born in Manistee and was loved by a large circle of friends.
She went to the convent six years ago, and became a member of the order
of the Sisters of St. Francis, later. She taught school at St. Rose, near
Milwaukee, and promised to be a most valuable member of the order, until
the grim destroyer seized on her, and finally sent her pure soul back to
the merciful God, who gave it. May she rest in peace.

Note: Eva born 1866 in Manistee to Frank (Francis) McCORMICK and Mary Ann
FLYNN. She died about 3 Apr 1886.
