THE  PROBATE  COURT  FOR  THE  COUNTY  OF  MANISTEE
At a session of said court, held at the Probate Office in the City of Manistee 
in said County, on the 9th. day of April A.D. 1917. -- Present Hon. Frederic H. 
Stone, Judge of Probate. -- In the matter of the estate of Maud M. Gale, Elwin 
Gale and Laura Fox, Minors. -- On reading and filing the petition of Cynthia A, 
Gale and the nomination of Maud M. Gale praying that Cynthia A. Gale be 
appointed guardian of said minors. -- It appearing to the court that said 
minors are residents of the Township of Pleasanton in said county; and 
possessed of estate within said county, that it is necessary that a guardian be 
appointed for said minors, and that Cynthia A. Gale of the Township of 
Pleasanton in said county, is a competent and suitable person for that trust. --
- It is Ordered that said Cynthia A. Gale be and is hereby appointed guardian 
of said minors, and that she give bond in the penal sum of Five Hundred
