Additional Comments:
Elaine G. Vaughn was Rufus Vaughn and Linnie (Boyer Parmeter) Vaughn's 
daughter.  Linnie Boyer first married Tom Parmeter and had a son, Raymond.  
They divorced and she married second Rufus Vaughn.  They had 2 children, Bobby 
and Elaine.
