COLFAX RESIDENT DIES
Mrs. P.F. Brown was Mother of Mrs. Will Bush

Mrs. P.F. BROWN, aged 76, died this morning at 3:00, at the home of her daughter
Mrs. William BUSH, 
in Colfax Twp. She had been an invalid for the past eight weeks, suffering from
dropsy and hardening 
of the arteries. She lived for the past nine years with her daughter and previous to
that she was a 
resident of "upper town" Big Rapids. Her husband died eight years ago. Besides Mrs.
BUSH, two other 
daughters survive her, one of Cedar Springs and one in Portland.

MRS. BROWN'S FUNERAL SUNDAY
The funeral of Mrs. P.M. (sic) BROWN will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock,
Standard time, from 
the home of Mrs. William SMITH (sic) of Colfax. 

12 Jan 1913 - same paper
Mrs. C.A. DURFEY returned to her home at Cedar Springs. She was accompanied by her
sister Mrs. 
William BUSH, who will spend a few days with her.
