Frederick Lorn Hoffman born May 29, 1906 in Coldwater Twp., Isabella Co., MI.  
He died June 25, 1975 at Evans Lake, Mecosta Co., MI.  Cause of death was 
drowning, possible heart attack.  He was married first ti Bertha Leona 
(Nellis) Hoffman on April 27, 1933 in Barryton, Mecosta Co., MI. 
Bertha Leona was born July 29, 1912 in Michigan.  She died April 21, 1951 at 
Carson City, Montacalm Co., MI.  Cause of death was nephritis.
Frederick was also married to Mildred (Cummings) White.
