Mildred C. (Cummings) (White) Hoffman was born Oct. 12, 1916 in Fork Twp., 
Mecosta Co., MI.  She died Nov. 6, 1986 in Farwell, Clare Co., MI.  Her 
parents were Robert J. & Mary Cummings.  Mildred was married first to Raymond 
White.  He died in an auto accident.  Mildred was married second to Frederick 
Lorn Hoffman.  Mildred and Fred didn't have any children together.
