Jacob R. Isanhart born 1823 in Franklin Co., Ohio.  He died Feb. 1908 in 
Traverse City, Grand Traverse Co., MI.  His parents were Jacob & Margaret 
Isanhart.  Jacob  was placed in Northern Michigan Insane Asylum in Oct. 1905 
by order of Mecosta County Court due to old age and senility. He died there in 
February 1908.  Jacob was married to Eliza (Shoemaker) Isanhart.  Jacob's 
first wife was Sarah Ann (Powell) Isanhart.
