Agustus Parmalee, also known as Gus, was born Aug. 6, 1862 in Ohio.  He died 
Jan. 28, 1921 in Barryton, Fork Twp., Mecosta Co., MI.  He died of cerebral 
hemorrhage and chronic nephritis.  He was married to Nellie Buckwheat.  He did 
have one prior marriage to Nellie but the name is not known.  Nellie Buckwheat 
was married to Walter Bonney after Agustus's death.
