August Johnson was born May 22, 1873 in Frandefors, Alvsborgs Ian Parish, 
Sweden.  Died Nov. 4, 1952 in Remus, Mecosta Co., MI.  He married Blanche Mae 
(Fountain) Johnson on Oct. 31, 1897 in Hinton Twp., Mecosta Co., MI.  August's 
parents were Johannes & Anna Mary Pettersdotter.
Blanche Mae (Fountain) Johnson was born Sept. 22, 1882 in Michigan.  She died 
Oct. 5, 1971 in Lakeview, Montcalm Co., MI.  Her parents were Robert James & 
Mary Jane (Middleton) Fountain.
