Ica Lambert

Three Rivers ~ Ica Lambert, 84, of ThreeRivers, and formerly of Bellevue and Battle Creek, died 4 November 1997 at the Heartland Health Care Center, Three Rivers. 
  She was born 12 June 1913 in Bellevue, a daughter of Fred and Clara (Anderson) Boyer. She graduated from Bellevue High School in 1926. 
  In 1938 she married Robert Lambert Sr. in Traverse City. He died in 1958. 
   She was employed as a seamstress for Gallagher Industries in Battle Creek for 23 years, and she was involved as a foster grandparent aide in the Battle Creek Schools. 
   A member of the Baptist Church of Bellevue and Battle, she also enjoyed reading, sewing, working crossword puzzles and spending time with her family. 
   Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Esther Lambert Jr of Centreville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Martha Darlene and James Anthony of Sherwood and Diane Morse of Wisconsin; 13 grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren; seven brothers, Fred of Bellevue, Ralph of Florida, Clarence of Battle Creek, Clair and Ernest of Bellevue, Ralph of Florida, Clarence of Battle Creek, Clair and Ernest of Bellevue, Arthur of Battle Creek, and Donald of Florida; two sisters, Lottie Howard and Edith Ayres, both of Battle Creek. She was preceded in death by her parents, one stepgrandchild, Carrie Anthony; and six brothers, John Jesse, William, Jay and two in infancy. 
   Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at the Eley Funeral Home of Centreville, where services are at 11a.m. Friday. The Rev. David Peterson of Centreville Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Bellevue. 
   Memorials may be directed to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.

  Services for Ica Lambert, 84, of Three Rivers, and formerly of Bellevue and Battle, were at 11a.m. on 7 November at the Eley Funeral Home of Centreville. The Rev David Peterson of Centreville Baptist Church officiated. 
  Bearers were Wayne Lamber, Shawn Lambert, Mark Lambert, Bill Anthony, David Anthony, John Settler and Daniel Anthony.
