Emma Dale Huber, 83 years, died Friday, June 29, 2001 at her home. The daughter of Matthias and Eva (Myers) Webber was born July 26, 1917 in Harrison. She graduated from Harrison High School in 1936 and on December 3l, 1939, she married Owen D. Huber in Harrison. They moved to Midland in 1944, and then to Williams Township in 1960. Mrs. Huber was actie in 4-H, where she taught sewing. She sold Shaklee, Stanley Home Products, and had delivered Buyers Guide newspapers with her husband for many years. Emna enjoyed gardening, camping, traveling, baking, and was a skilled seamstress. In addition to her husband Owen, she is survived by her children: Donald Huber of Midland, Allan (Janet) Huber of Swartz Creek, Gayla (Terry) Cox of Midland, Muriel (Larry) Briggin of Beaverton, Glenna Huber of Sanford, Tina Huber of Midland, Gina (Roy) Burroughs of Florida, ll grandchildren, Lisa, Erin, Robert, Kevin, Deanna, Corinna, Wendy, Christopher, Scott, Kelly, Heidi Sue, eight great grand children, Brandon, Terry "T.J", Courtney, Kaylene, James, Jacob, Stephen, and Alyssia. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Alonzo, William, Ralph, Esther, Crowford, and Helen Huber. Funeral Services took place at ll:00 am, Tuesday, July 5, 2001 at the Ware-Smith-Woolever Funeral Chapel, 1200 Wheeler Street. Emma's nephew Rev. Philip B. Palmer officiated, with burial in Midland Memorial Gardens. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Heartland Hospice, or MidMichigan Hospice. jic
