As to my estate, real and personal, of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I give, devise, and bequeath to my wife Sintha BOWEN, for her use and support during her life, or as long as she shall remain my widow, my just debts and funeral expenses to be first of all paid. Upon the death of my said wife Sintha BOWEN, or upon her marriage if she re-marries, I give, devise, and bequeath my real estate and the remainder of my personal property, if any, shall be left to my two sons, John and William BOWEN, in the following proportion: two-thirds to John BOWEN and one-third to William BOWEN, the funeral expenses of my wife to be first paid, if she remains my widow until her death. I nominate and appoint Edwin DAWE, of the City of Coleman, Midland County, Michigan, to be the executor of this my last Will and Testament.
