Blome, aged 82 years dropped dead at his home at the corner of Second and Wadsworth street late Wednesday afternoon. Not until within a few minutes of his passing away did he complain of being ill and the news of his death was learned with much sorrow. Mr. Blome had resided in this city for the past seventy years and was well known and highly respected. He is survived by four daughters Miss Louise Blome of this city, Miss Marie Blome, of Detroit, Mrs. Bertha Robinson of Atlanta, Georgia and Mrs. Walter Luft of Monroetown and two sons C. C. Blome of Ida and Fred C. blome of Raisinville. The funeral will be held at Trinity Lutheran church Saturday afternoon at two o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. Henry Frinke. Burial will take place at Trinity cemetery.
