Foust, 83, of Petersburg died Tuesday in Flower Memorial Hospital, Sylvania, Ohio. Friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Boyer-Van Wormer-Scott Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Rd., Toledo, where services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Thomas Moyer of St. Peter's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery. Mr. Foust had traveled extensively in the United States, Japan and China in his 26 years as a specialized technician with the De-Vilbiss Co. He retired in 1975. Surviving are his wife, Lucinda (Betty), to whom he was married for 59 years; a daughter, Mrs. Darrell (Victoria) Foust Huling; two brothers, John and George; 11 grandchildren, and 14 greatgrandchildren.He was preceeded in death by a son, Frank.
