Death claimed Godfroy Pfluge at his residence, 101 East Noble avenue, last 
night after one week's illness, of the grippe.  Mr. Pfluge has lived in 
Monroe for the past 22 years and was a highly respected citizen.  He was 
employed at the River Raisin Paper company for the past four years.  He is 
survived by a wife, two daughters, Mrs. Edward Eckert, of Monroe; Miss 
Dorothy Pfluge, of Monroe; one son, Sylvester, of Monroe; a mother, living 
at Maybee; four brothers, Edward Pfluge, of Jackson; Theodore, George and 
William, of Maybee, and one sister, Mrs. Rose Faulhaver, (sic) of Maybee.  
The funeral arrangements are not completed.  Mr. Pfluge was 43 years of 
age.
