This file is located at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/mi/monroe/raisinville/obituary/lauradea npfluge.txt Laura Dean Pfluge (Special to the Evening News) April 23, 1938 MAYBEE, April 23 -- Laura Dean Pfluge, 11-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Pfluge of the Stewart road in Raisinville township, died at 5 o'clock last evening at the Monroe Hospital where she was taken April 16. Laura Dean had been ill since January 1 of complications. She was born in Raisinville township August 27, 1926, and was in the sixth grade at the Baum school. A brother and a sister preceded her in death. Laura Dean is survived by her parents. The body was removed to the Liedel funeral home and will be taken to the residence tonight. Services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence and at 2:30 at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Maybee with the Rev. Theodore Dannecker officiating. Burial will be in the Northside cemetery LaFuneral Services Laura Dean Pfluge (Special to the Evening News) April 28, 1938 MAYBEE, April 26 -- Funeral services for Laura Dean Pfluge, aged 11 years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Pfluge of Raisinville, who died in Monroe Hospital Friday morning, was held at the home on the Stewart road Monday at 2 o'clock and at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Maybee at 2:30. The Rev. Theodore Dannecker officiated and burial was in the North Side cemetery. The pallbearers were Lester Karm, Charles Karm, Harry Johnson, Bernard Gerhardt, Clarence Gerhardt and Bernard Liedel.ry.
