A large concourse of people attended the obsequies. Deceased was 83 years of age and with his parents settled here sixty years ago, being the first residents in this locality. He will be greatly missed and sincerely mourned. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Harris of Sheridan, assisted by Rev. Otis and interment was a Palo. A son, Alfred Clock of Alberta, Canada, and a daughter, Mrs. Loree of Ovid with the bereaved wife are left to mourn their loss. Additional Comments: VICKERYVILLE (Carson City Gazette, Fri., Jan. 31, 1913) Alfred Clock arrived here from Alberta Monday to attend the funeral of his father, Joseph Clock, who died last week Wednesday. Mr. Clock was 84 years old and one of the pioneers of this section.
