Hazel Dempsey, 86, of Riverdale, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died
Wednesday, Sept. 9, 1998 at St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw.

Born in Illinois, daughter of Henry and Stells (Young) Grewe.  1948 married 
Marion "Jack" Dempsey, who preceded her in death in 1971.

Survivors: three brothers, Vernon, Fred, and Charles Grewe; nieces & Nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Clarence Grewe and two 
sisters, Victoria Welty and Viola Allison.
