Ionia Sentinel-Standard, July, 1930
Norman Eitelbus, 53, died very suddenly at his home in BUshnell township 
Saturday morning at 5 o'clock of heart disease. He has been in poor health for 
several weeks but his death at this time was entirely unlooked for. The funeral 
services will be held from the home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock fast time. The 
interment will take place in the Palo Cemetery.

He was born in Bushnell township and lived his entire life there. He leaves his 
widow and four children, Mrs. Merriett Sherd, of Grand Rapids, and Fred, Anna 
and Marie at home; and a sister, Mrs. Jessie Lee, of Elsie.

He was a member of the Oddfellow lodge and this organization will have charge of 
the funeral arrangements.
