A tire had blown out on one of the small wheels in front causing the tractor to tip over. Howard was the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Fishell who reside on the first farm south of the George Kohn farm and was 19 years of age having been born July 25, 1915. Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Lage of Belding and Margaret at home and two brothers, Vere and Frank at home. Also his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Emory, of Lansing. The community extends sympathy to the bereaved family. The funeral services were held at the Quarterline church Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Burial was made in the Palo cemetery.
