Former Resident of Maple Rapids Dies on Dec. 24
Maple Rapids--- V. G. Hubbard of Greenville and a former resident of Maple 
Rapids, died very suddenly in his drug store in Greenville on Christmas Eve, 
aged 71 years. Mr. Hubbard was a nephew of Otto Bullis.
He leaves his wife, Evelyn of Greenville, Otto Bullis, an uncle, and a niece 
in Ohio. Funeral services were held in Greenville Saturday, Dec. 27, burial in 
the Sowles cemetery.
