Max R. Leach, 79, of McBride, died November 27, 2004 at Spectrum Health United 
Memorial Campus, Greenville.  He was born January 20, 1925 in Edmore, the son 
of Harry B. and Alice Reagan Leach.  Max was a longtime resident of McBride 
and owned and operated McBride Oil Company.  He attended Michigan State 
University prior to enlisting in the US Army during World War II.  He was 
preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack R. Leach. Memorial services 
at Congregational Church of Stanton.  Inurnment at Vinewood Cemetery in Edmore.
