Ionia Sentinel, Thurs., Oct 11, 1883
The death of father Lowe, who has lived for many years on his farm near 
Vickeryville, occurred on Tuesday morning, Oct. 2d, very unexpectedly and 
without a moment's warning. He had attained to the good old age of about eighty 
years. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. A. Cornell at the residence 
of the deceased. The body was buried in the cemetery at Palo.
