Marshall H. Bloom; B. 02 Mar 1837; D. 23 Mar 1930

Additional Comments:
Civil War Veteran. Enlisted in Company H, 2nd Michigan Cavalry Battalion 
(Merrill's Horses) on 18 Mar 1862. Mustered out on 19 Sep 1865 at Nashville, 
TN. Alias "Mott" Bloom. Born in Michigan to Henry Bloom & Betsy Johnson. Dates 
are from the Michigan Death Records. Civil War Records indicate that Marshall 
served in Michigan, not Missouri, as shown on headstone.
