David M. Collson; B. 05 Aug 1828; D. 21 Nov 1904

Additional Comments:
Civil War Veteran. Enlisted 31 Aug, 1864, in Horsehead, NY, as a Private in 
Company H, New York 50th Engineer Regiment on 05 Sep 1864. Promoted to Full 
Artificer on 14 Feb 1865. Mustered out on 13 Jun 1865 at Fort Barry, VA.  Born 
in New York to Anthony Collson & Eunice Mudge. Buried 28 Nov 1904.  Occupation 
was a carpenter.  Cause of death was from carcinoma of the jaw, left side.
