Additional Comments:
Civil War Veteran. Enlisted 2nd December, 1861, rank of private, & in Company 
K, Wisconsin 19th Infantry Regiment on 27 Dec 1861. Cause of death was a rail 
road accident. Born in New York to John & Polly drew. Age listed as 74 yrs., 3 
Months, 26 days. Occupation was music teacher. Wife was Jennie drew, a nurse in 
the 19th Wisconsin Infantry.
