Alexander Lucas; B. 12 Feb 1836; D. 21 May 1910 

Additional Comments:
Civil War Veteran. Enlisted Constantine, MI, in Company H, Michigan 1st Sharp 
Shooter Regiment on 17 Aug 1864. Promoted to Full Corporal on 15 Jul 1865. 
Mustered out on 28 Jul 1865 at Delaney House, Washington, DC. Cause of death 
was listed as unknown. Found dead at 11:00 am. Contributory cause was 
nephritis. Born in Tennessee. Buried 22 May, 1910. Dates are from the Michigan 
Death Record.
