Text: GEORGE NEWVILLE, WIFE TO OBSERVE 50TH ANNIVERSARY

Daughter and Daughters-in-law to be Hostesses for Open House at Home on Pine 
St. From 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday

Mr. and Mrs. George NEWVILLE, who have spent nearly their entire married life 
in Muskegon and vicinity, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with 
open house at their home. 1285 Pine Street, receiving relatives and friends 
from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday. 

Assisting hostesses will be their daughter, Mrs. Burton C. DELYLE, Grand 
Rapids, and their daughters-in-law Mrs. Joe NEWVILLE and Mrs. Edward NEWVILLE. 

Mrs. NEWVILLE was born in Dresden, Germany in 1869 and Mr. NEWVILLE the same 
year in Carthage, New York. Mrs. NEWVILLE came to America in 1887. Their 
marriage took place in Milwaukee November 14, 1892. In addition to their three 
children, Mr. and Mrs. NEWVILLE have six grand-children. A grandson, Don 
NEWVILLE, seaman first class, is stationed at Provincetown, MA, and a 
grandaughter is the wife of Lt. Darwin RASMUSSEN, Springfield MA.
