Christiansen, Mrs. Catherine (Wife of Henry)
1052 Byron, Norton Shores
Mrs. Catherine Christiansen, age 80, passed away this morning at Hackley 
Hospital. Born in Denmark she had resided in the city since 1928. She was a 
member of the Little Black Lake Church. The former Catherine Carlsen, she 
married Henry Christiansen on November 16, 1911, he survives. Also surviving 
are 5 sons, Erle, Harry, and Vernon all of Norton Shores, Clarence of 
Scottville, Henry Jr. of Fruitport, 1 daughter, Mrs. Chas. (Lillian) Johnson 
of Spring Lake, 24 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren. The service for Mrs. 
Christiansen will be held Friday afternoon at 1 o'clock. from the Clock Chapel 
with the Rev. Ronald Workman and Rev. John Vander Linde officiating. Interment 
will be made in Norton Cemetery. Friends may call at the Clock Funeral Home 
beginning Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock.
