Coopersville Observer, Oct. 3, 1930
 Mrs. George BUSMAN of Coopersville, was to bear a double sorrow the past week 
in the death on Thursday of her father, Ludolph OOSTMEYER and the death on 
Sunday of her uncle, Berend OOSTMEYER.
  Her father had been ill for five days, dying at the Holland Home for the 
Aged.  He was 78 and had been a resident of Muskegon County for 50 years.  
Besides Mrs. BUSMAN, he leaves another daughter, Mrs. John VANDERWOUDE of 
Grand Rapids and five granchildren.
  Three days later, his brother, Berend OOSTMEYER, 83, died at the home of his 
son in Muskegon.  He too had been a resident of Muskegon Co. for many years.
