Cyrus Babcock, 79, died Thursday at his home in White Cloud.  He was
born Dec. 10, 1864 (error born Sep. 3 1869) in Newaygo county and was married 
in 1912 Grand Rapids.(error married 23 June 1903 Grand Rapids, MI., to Mrs. 
Martha J. (Lewis), Higgins, Pierce).  He lived in and near White Cloud all his 
life.  Surviving are the widow, Martha; three brothers and two sisters in Flint.
Services were held Saturday at the Crandell and Ensing chapel, burial in White 
Cloud cemetery.
