Herrick Districk Library obituary collection, 1940-2003) Holland, MI
Mrs. Dena Plakmeyer, 75, wife of Tim Plakmeyer of Grant Twp, she died in home 
following a short illness.
She was born May 22, 1878 in Frensdorf, Germany, daughter of Jan Klein 
Streutker and Christina Schutman Streutker.
Two sons and husband surviving; Sons; Ray and John of Grant. 
Three daughters, Mrs. Christina VerStrate of Holland, Mrs. Leonard Koopman of 
Allendale, Mrs. John (Jennette) Honderd of Jenison; one sister Mrs. Adrian 
VanderBand of Grand Rapids; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Service will be held Monday at the Grant Christian Reformed Church. Interment 
at Hillside Cemetery, Grant Twp., Newaygo, MI
