Benjamin C. Aishe; B. 20 Oct 1842; D. 19 Nov 1929

Additional Comments:
Civil War Veteran.  Served in Co "G", 48th Indiana Infantry.  Enlisted at age 
18, as a Private on 21 Dec 1861, in Middlebury, IN.  He was discharged at 
Louisville, KY on 15 July 1865.  The 48th Indiana Infantry was organized at 
Goshen, IN, 05 Dec 1861, through 28 Jan 1862, and mustered for a three year 
enlistment under the command of Col. Norman Eddy.  The dedication service for 
a new veteran headstone for Benjamin, was 23 Sept., 2012.
