William Howser of Seymour Lake was a business caller here Saturday. Miss Eta Finlayson of Detroit visit- ed friends here Friday. Roger Sweet of Orion was here Fri- day evening in attendance at the dance. Misses Henrietta and Katherine Voorheis of Sashabaw visited friends here Saturday evening. Sidney Miller Jr., of Springfield was in town Saturday. Robert Trim of Pontiac visited his parents here Friday evening. Lelberman of Detroit visited at Mrs. Sarah Joss- man's Sunday. J.P. Dick and Miss Eva McClellan were Royal Oak visitors recently. Otto Benaway of Orion was in town Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walton and daughter, Alice, of Springfield were guests of Mr. and Mrs. F. D. Beardsly Saturday. Miss Irene Dickson has returned home after visiting friends in Detroit for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Floyed Lowery and sons, Sherman and Ray, spent Sunday at Groveland. Miss Ida Pierce has returned home after spending several days nursing at Groveland. The Joseph C. Bird chapter, O. E. S. No 294, will not hold any meetings till the regular meeting in September. Patrolman Frank Smith has returned to his home in Detroit after visiting Edgar Dickerson for a few days. Jacob Petty and William Knox were business callers at Owosso Monday. A. C.
