Here body was recovered with the flesh burned off to the bones. The girl had been watched for sev- eral days, her relatives fearing that she would attempt some act of viol- ence. This morning she went to the barnyard to feed the chickens, and shortly afterwards the barn was no- ticed in flames. Neighbors rushed out and they could do nothing to save the unfortunate young woman. The brother, Ernest Kahr, a farmer living three miles south of here has been ill for some time and can not recover. The girl brooded over his illness and a few days ago her friends began noticing symptoms of insanity. The farm implements in the barn were destroyed in the blaze.
