Oxford Leader, 6 Feb 1953



Services were held Friday, Jan 30 from Groves Chapel at Davison, for Ami J.
Adams, 73, of 3209 Wisner St., Flint, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs.
Leo Switzer, of Roscommon.  One other daughter, Mrs. Lillie Schiebel, of Flint,
and a son Leslie J. Adams of Davison also survives, as well as eleven
grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  Other survivors include three
sisters and a brother, Mrs. Nellie Wolfe and Mrs. Sylvia Laidlaw of Oxford, Mrs.
Cora Oberheim of Holly and Orrie Adams of Clarkston. 
Burial was in Oxford Cemetery.  Rev. Paul Hart, a brother of Rev. Ellis Hart, a
former Oxford pastor officiated.
