HARDENBURGH DIES AT HOME IN BRANDON Venerable farmer lived nearly all his life in County. Lake Orion, April 11, The incident to his advanced age Thursday caused the death of Oliver B. Hardenburgh, 81 years old, practically a lifelong resident of Oakland County, Mr. Hardenburgh died in the home of a son, Roy, in Brandon township. For most of his life, Mr. Hardenburgh was engaged in farming on land located north of Pontiac. He is survived by three sons, Roy of Oxford, Frank of Ortonville, and Garret of Pontiac, a brother Frank of California and several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held Sunday at 2:30 P.M. at the home of Roy Hardenburgh with Rev. Ed Smith of Ortonville in charge and burial in Drayton Plains Cemetery.
