He was born October 7, 1925 in Detroit. He retired as Chief of Detectives from the Highland Park Police Department after 27 years of service. He then served as vice-president of S.E. Broach for 9 years. During WW II, Jack served in the US Marine Corps. Survivors include his wife, a step-sister, 2 cousins, and many nieces and nephews. A. J. Desmond & Sons handled all arrangements. A Funeral Mass was held Thursday morning at the National Shrine of the Little Flower in Royal Oak. Memorial tributes may be sent to the American Heart Association or The Smile Train.
