State Historical Marker

The Wixom Cemetery/South Commerce Burial Ground.is located on the Northwest 
corner of N. Wixom and W. Maple Roads in Wixom, the cemetery occupies just over 
six acres of land.  

Wixom’s earliest pioneer settlers can be found here including Ahijah Wixom 
(1794-1855), after whom the village took its name...
