Bernadette is buried in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, located at 25800 W. 10 
Mile Road, Southfield, Michigan. She is buried in Section 20, lot 195, grave 
7, next to the graves of her brother John Paul Knechtges and his wife 
Lorraine. The graves of her parents, John and Christie Knechtges, are also in 
this cemetery, in Section 27. Her headstone reads:
