Additional Comments:
Dr.Foote was Milford's first Physician arriving in 1837, serving two terms in 
the state Legislature.  He Voluntered at the start of the Civil War.  First in 
the Michigan Lancers Co. Oct 21, 1861 as First Sgt., Then as second lieutenant 
of the 5th Mich Cav, Co H., after becoming the Regiment Surgeon he died of 
Pneumonia at Poolesville, Maryland ofn 2-9-1863...
