Ogden Deceased I, Lewis C. Ogden of the Town of White Lake County of Oakland State of Michigan being of full age and Sound Mind do hereby Make and Execute this my last will and Testament as follows, First after my just debts and funeral expenses is paid the ballance is to divided up as follows, Second I give and bequeath unto Phebe Ogden my wife the undivided one third of farm or proceeds from One third Farm her life time Third I give and bequeath unto Emma Teeples - Four hundred dollars to be paid one year after Estate is Settled. Fourth I give and bequeath unto Mary Ogden Five hundred dollars to be paid when Estate is settled Also the undivided One third of the ballance of all the real Estate and personal property, Fifth I give and bequeath unto Frank Teeples Fifty Dollars to be paid when he becomes of age, Sixth I give and bequeath unto Sarah E. Roe the undivided one third of the ballance of all the real estate and personal property Seventh I give and bequeath unto Rebecka Cuthbert the undivided one third of the ballance of all the real estate and personal property, I hereby appoint James Cuthbert and Mary Ogden to take charge of property until Estate is Settled I hereby appoint Chas. E. Everts, James Cuthbert and Mary Ogden Administrators of my Estate In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this the fourth day of August. A.D. 1884. Lewis C. Ogden Lewis C. Ogden the above named Testator did on the fourth day of August AD 1884 Subscribed his name to the foregoing instrument in the presence of us Witnesses and acknowdege the Said Instrument to be his own we the undersigned not being ........ therein at the request of the Said Lewis C. Ogden late of the Township of White Lake in Said County deceased and ordered to be recorded as more fully appears by an Order this day entered in the Journal of Said Court, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of the Probate Court of Said County of Oakland this 11th day of November AD 1884 Joseph C.
