John McQueen, an old residenter, died at the county farm, Aug. 7, and was 
buried same day.

Additional Comments:
John was the son of Peter McQueen and Elizabeth "Betsey" Bowman of Camillus, 
Onondaga County, New York. He married 1 Jan 1858 in Kalamazoo County 
Permelia Crowfoot daughter of Titus Crowfoot and Polly Davis. He was the 
father of Cecelia B., John Jr., Elizabeth Permelia, Dewitt, Nettie B., Nora 
Celestia and William W. McQueen. John was born 1821 in Camillus, New York 
and was the brother of Henry McQueen who died 1863 in Hart, Michigan.
