Patrick Long, early pioneer of Oceana Co., MI. Born 29 Dec 1807 in NJ and died 
16 Sep 1874 in Grant Twp., Oceana Co., MI. Headstone has an etched "Ax leaning 
on a log," and says: "Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord. Gone but not 
forgotten."
